Private Meeting Space

Need private meeting space during IEC?

We offer multiple ways to secure private space for you to hold meetings, meet with current customers, as well as potential new customers.

We heard you and are now offering a huge cost savings this year on private meeting rooms! A limited number of private meeting rooms (ranging in size) are located in the convention center.

Option #1 - October 11, 12, &137; three-day rental during IEC. Cost is $2,500 (exhibitors) & $5,000 (non-exhibitors) for three days.

Option #2 - October 11, 12 OR 13; one-day rental during IEC. Cost is $1,000 (exhibitors) & $2,000 (non-exhibitors) per day.

ma@rubber.org to secure a meeting room. Note that these rooms are not intended for large group events during Rubber Division, ACS hosted event hours: October 11; 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., October 12; 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and October 13; 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

The Hub
We also feature semi-private meeting space on the expo floor. This area is sectioned off via pipe and drape and several individual meeting spaces are created within it. These spaces can be reserved in one hour increments. A team member can assist you at The Hub entrance. Availability is first come, first served and there is no cost to secure these spaces during expo hours. The Hub is available for any attendees or exhibitors to utilize.
