What is the convention center address?

How do I get an International visa letter of invitation?

International attendees can create their own visa letter of invitation on our registration site. This option will appear while registering for your badges.

How can I find out or confirm that I am pre-registered or what do I do if I need to make a change to my conference registration?

Click on any 'Register Now' button on this website. Then click on 'Already Registered' to make any changes to your registration or to reprint your registration confirmation, invoice or receipt

Can I attend the expo all three days?

All registration types provide access to the expo all three days.

When will I receive my badge?

Badges will be available for pickup at the Registration area at the convention center. All exhibitors are required to register and pay the appropriate registration fees. 

What are the registration hours?

  • Monday, October 19: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, October 20: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, October 21: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday, October 22: 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Can I get an attendee list before or after the conference?

We respect the privacy of our attendees and it is against our policy to provide our list of attendees and/or their contact information to anyone. If you receive correspondence from a company stating they have our attendee list or past event attendee list for sale, it is NOT legitimate. However, an Attendee Roster is available under the 'Already Registered' section of our registration site (click on any 'Register Now' button on this website to access this. Contact information is not provided - only name, company and location if a registrant opted in to be listed in the Attendee Roster. 

What is the dress code for the conference/expo?

Dress for the International Elastomer Conference, including the Expo is business casual.

How do I register as Media/Press?

Contact Gretchen Cermak, Director of Marketing & Communicatoins, at gc@rubber.org to request media/press registration. Approvals are provided on a case-by-case basis.

Can I get a pre-show media list?

Media outlet names who have registered as media/press can be provided upon request. Contact Gretchen Cermak, Director of Marketing & Communications, at gc@rubber.org to make a request.

What opportunities are available for promoting my company?

We offer comprehensive sponsorship and marketing opportunities that can help you promote your company at the expo and all year round. Conference/expo sponsorship opportunities are only available to companies/organizations who exhibit at our expo. Visit our sponsorship page to see what opportunities we offer. How do I register my exhibitor booth staff and invite customers?

Visit the Exhibitor Services Center and select Exhibit Staff Registration and Customer Invitation Coupon pages for instructions. Should you have any questions about registration, please contact Rubber Division, ACS registration for assistance at reg@rubber.org.

How do I find out my booth number and/or where I am located on the show floor?

Visit the Exhibitor List and Floor Plan page of this website. You will see where all exhibitors are currently located, including your neighboring booths.

How many exhibitor badges do I get for my company?

Visit the Exhibitor Staff Registration section of the Exhibitor Services Center to see the list of your registered staff and the number of remaining exhibitor badges you have for your company.

I am a speaker at the technical meeting. How do I register?

All speakers must register. Contact Chuck Brady at cbrady@rubber.org for information. 

I am a speaker at the technical meeting. Is my registration free?

Technical meeting speakers receive complimentary access to the technical sessions and expo floor on the day you are speaking. Discounts are available to speakers who want to attend technical sessions or the expo on any day(s) you are not presenting. Contact Chuck Brady at cbrady@rubber.org for any other questions regarding speaker details.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Registration forms postmarked, emailed or faxed after 8/31/20 will not be considered early registration. Requests for registration refunds must be made in writing and postmarked no later than 8/31/20 to be honored at 80% of the original fee. No refunds will be given after 8/31/20.
