Exhibitors are welcome to invite customers to attend the International Rubber Expo. There will not be an opportunity to order additional badges and each invitee will need to complete the online registration process for fulfillment.
These customer badges are intended for your customers only and not friends, family, booth staff or company employees. Abuse of this opportunity will forfeit your company from receiving them in the future.
The number of customer badges is limited by the size of the exhibit space purchased:
Each exhibitor will recieve 10 badges per 100 square feet of exhibit space.
Exhibitors paid in full will receive a customized email (sent to the primary exhibitor contact) that includes a website address link with a code unique to your company. Send this link and code to your invited customers so they may register online. This code is specific to each exhibiting company and limited to the appropriate number of customer passes. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need the email resent to you.
Confirmations will be emailed to each individual who registers in advance. All badges will be available for pick up at registration beginning Monday, October 10th. For security purposes each person must bring their confirmation email to pick up their badge. Complimentary Exhibitor Customer Registration must be completed before Friday, October 7, 2017 and will NOT be available on-site. There will be no exceptions. Cost after this date and on-site is US$60.00 per badge.
